We are one of the service providers under the “Patent Application Grant” program of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. Over the past 19 years, we have successfully assisted numerous businesses in applying for the “Patent Application Grant” program. Through this program, businesses can enjoy special funding allocated by the Hong Kong government to apply for and register patents in Hong Kong and overseas.

The aforementioned “Patent Application Grant” program is organized by the Hong Kong Innovation and Technology Commission and implemented by the Hong Kong Productivity Council. We can assist you in submitting an application to the Hong Kong government, and accepted applicants will receive a 90% subsidy on the patent registration application fees (with a maximum subsidy limit of HK$250,000 per application).
